Attorney Daniel Purtell was born in Detroit, Michigan, moving to Wisconsin with his family in 1979, settling in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. His college career expanded through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville to the Thames University in London, England. Daniel earned his JD degree at University of Wisconsin Law School.
His academic affiliations have included Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and the University of Wisconsin International Law Journal. Attorney Purtell is a member of WealthCounsel, Wisconsin Council of Estate Planning Attorneys, the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Madison Estate Council and St. Francis Xavier Parish. He is also an active member of The Optimist Club of Cross Plains and was the President for two terms. He provides seminars for clients and professionals in the area of Estate Planning and Family Law.
